Blizzard API changes break Insane progress tracker

I think I’ve fixed all the problems with logging in and game data display at this point. Spells, quests, and other game data should appear in the guides correctly again. Some game data from Blizzard is still missing, and in that case I try to load it from Wowhead instead. This seems to be working for now.

At the moment I don’t have any way to fix the Insane progress tracker. The new Blizzard API just provides no way to get the information anymore.

I am going to continue tracking the Blizzard API, and if the necessary data becomes available again, then I can restore the progress tracker. However, I don’t really expect this to happen. Unofficially my understanding is that Blizzard really doesn’t want the individual criteria for Insane to be trackable.
